Pricing- A Rental Trunk for up to 8 children is only $95.00 + tax. **Additional costumes come in groups of 5 children for only $15 **example- 9-13 is $110, 14-18 is $125, 19-23 is $140, 24-28 is $155. We can handle any number of guests!
You can pick up the trunk the day before your party and return the day after. No rushing around and you get to enjoy the costumes outside the party time. Friday pick up and Sunday evening/Monday morning returns for weekend rentals.
Discounted rentals - discounts apply to weekday rentals (Tuesday-Thursday), Discounts apply to preschools/daycares, scouting groups etc. Inquire for specials.
Delivery available upon request -rates depend upon location.
Rush fees - may apply to last minute rentals booked less than 5 days from Friday pick up date- inquire for details and if they apply.

Guest lists - Dress up trunk rentals can accommodate ANY number of guests!! We are North Texas‘s Largest Dress Up Party Business!!
Sizes - No size is too big or small -- 6 months to 60 years old!! We can mix and match your sizes and genders according to YOUR guest list.

Deposit - $50 - Dates book up fast, so call today to reserve your party date! A $50 security deposit holds your party date. No other money due until you pick up the trunk. Deposit refunded upon return check in of rental items. You will be provided a list of exactly what you receive for easy return.
Deposit - deposit of $50 holds your party date and stays with Simply Pretend while items in the trunks are out. Deposit and rental agreement req’d to hold party date- deposit is non-refundable.
Payment for rental is due upon pick up.
Payment methods - Check, cash or money order.
PayPal available for last minute bookings.
Late rentals booked within 5 days of party may require a PayPal deposit in order to fill the order.
How many costumes do you get? The number is based upon your guest list, but we love to send a great selection for everyone. Guest lists are determined the week of the party. We’ll send you a convenient guest list check sheet.
Is the deposit applied to the rental? No, the deposit is kept separate until the trunk is returned and checked back in. You will receive a list of what you received and how many. We will certainly call you to inquire about any missing items as we like to give full deposit refunds. *you will receive a Caring For Our Trunks brochure upon receiving your rental deposit.
Can the children eat in the costumes? We want our beautiful costumes to stay nice so you will not want them to eat in them (if you are having a tea party- you will be given a menu list of foods that can be eaten in the costumes during the tea party). Your party schedule is set up so that they will change back in to their own clothes right before the cake and ice cream. Works out perfectly!
How do you handle wear and tear on the costumes? This is a children’s business and we certainly expect things to happen however there is a difference between damage and normal wear and tear. *you will want to be sure to read the Caring for our Trunk Guide.
Will the trunk fit in my car? Most customers have SUV’s or Vans which work great. We also have trunk sizes that work in regular automobiles- be sure to let us know if you have a car only. We can make anything fit for you!
Do I need sizes or ages for my guest list? You can do either. The guest list check sheet will be for ages and you will need to specify any larger or very tiny children not typical for their ages. We can accommodate any age and size of child for you!
What are the pick up times and location? We will set up a pick up time that works for you – we will set up the appt the week of your party so you know your schedule. The specific directions for pick up will be sent to you along with your pick up confirmation time when we set the appointment time.
